• EV Charging Billing Integration: Suitable for locations providing EV charging, such as residential estates, commercial & industrial buildings and car parks; different charging fees can be set for different vehicles, and parking fees can also be calculated at the same time.
• Barcode Entry / Exit Management: Barcode is printed on the ticket at entry; on exit, scan the barcode or enter the license plate for automatic time & fee calculation. (Printed by the receipt printer - no need to order or print entry tickets separately)
• Octopus Card Entry / Exit: Octopus card can be used for entry and exit, so customers never lose their entry ticket.
• Entry Ticket Printing: One or more entry tickets can be printed on arrival and reprinted anytime; real-time viewing of vehicles in the car park (license plate, entry time, etc.).
• Flexible Rate Settings: First hour free, e.g. HK$30 for the second hour and HK$50 for the third hour etc.; fixed rates for hourly, day/night parking periods; different service charges can be set, such as venue rental, wheel clamping fee, overdue service fee, etc.
• Detailed Reports & Analysis: Daily and monthly settlement reports, exportable to Excel for the accounting department; entry/exit reports, daily closing reports, vehicle analysis reports etc.
• Standalone Operation: Standalone operation without internet - instantly view vehicles currently in the car park.
